Licking Heights High School Students Present Marketing Skills at Ohio DECA Career Day
Licking Heights High School students from the DECA chapter recently traveled to Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland to attend the Ohio DECA Career Day with the Cavaliers NBA basketball team. 
Partnership With Law Enforcement Keeps Schools Safe
Today, as a part of our security measures the school district partnered with Pataskala PD to conduct a drug sweep of Licking Heights High School and Central Middle School. 
Teacher to Transform the Classroom Experience After Trip to Colonial Williamsburg
Licking Heights Central Middle School Teacher, Carla Smith, represented Licking Heights in a six-day intense session on American History.  Mrs. Smith along with 27 other teachers across the country had the opportunity to exchange ideas with historians, meet character interpreters and become part of the story in The Revolutionary City.  
District Goals and Objectives
On July 14, 2015 the School Board approved Objectives for the 2015-16 school year. The Objectives provide a continued school district strategic vision that links the present to the future.

Community Outreach Meetings


Licking Heights will hold three Community Outreach Meetings to discuss Positive Behavior Interventions & Support (PBIS). Listed below are the dates, times, Locations and topics that will be discussed at each meeting. Please join us for these very informative Community Outreach Meetings hosted by the Administration and the Board Community Outreach Representatives, Mr. Brian Bagley and Mrs. Nicole Roth.

Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. – Positive Behavior Intervention & Support (PBIS) – At this meeting you will learn about a behavior system being implemented in all Licking Heights school buildings.

Monday, October 12, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. – Social Media – This will be a collaborative presentation with the Pataskala Police and Licking Heights School Personnel. Parents will learn what they can do to keep their children safe, including social media concerns.

Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. - Putting it all together - Learn what you can do as a parent to work with school personnel to help students develop conflict management skills.
