Licking Heights | Transportation

For the safety of our young students, an adult must be visible at every home when our students are being dropped off from the bus. If an adult is not visible, the drivers have been directed to bring the child back to Licking Heights West and the parents will have to pick them up. Only one bus/address can be designated for each student for a.m. pickup and one bus designated for each student for p.m. drop-off. Any deviations from that one address must be in the form of a written request from the parent EACH DAY. Bus drivers and teachers cannot and will not keep track of multiple bus schedules for each child.
School Bus Transportation Each student who is transported to or from a destination other than home is required to have a Licking Heights Bus Enrollment form filed with the school. Each respective building will then forward a copy of this form to the transportation department. This form is used for any long-term alternate destination. Parents are required to send prior written notice to the building principal when there will be a short-term change in regularly scheduled bus transportation. A student without a note will be sent home on his/her regular bus.
