7th & 8th Grade Winter Dance
Come join us Thursday, February 11th from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. for winter dance for all 7th and 8th grade students.  Please click here for more information. 
LHC Blood Drive
The National Junior Honor Society at Licking Heights Central Middle School will be hosting a Blood Drive for the American Red Cross from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Friday Feb. 26. We hope that you are able to take a few minutes out of your day to drop by the Blood Mobile bus to make a donation that has the potential to save a life. Student Council Carnation Sale
Students may send a carnation to a friend or a staff member as a fun and simple act of kindness.  The cost for each flower it $1 through Friday 2/5.  The cost goes to $1.50 beginning 2/8.  Students may purchase them from a student council member during lunch. They will be delivered during I/E on 2/11. 
Blue Jackets Student Achievers
You can receive up to four FREE tickets to a Blue Jackets game! Any student who receives straight As or improves a full letter grade in one subject during the second quarter is eligible to receive up to four FREE Blue Jackets’ tickets. Read more!!

 
Licking Heights District Art Show
The Licking Heights District Art Show will be held February 23-25 in the gymnasium at Central Middle School. Student artists from every grade level Pre-K through 12th grade will have artwork displayed from 5:30-7:30 every night. Come out to support the Licking Heights Art program!

Help Wanted!
How would you like to work for Licking Heights Transportation? We are looking for bus drivers. You would work while your child is in school and you would have the summers off. We will train you to drive. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please call us at 740-927-3340.  
Box Tops and Labels for Education
Just a reminder that we are still collecting Box Tops and Labels for Education.  If you collect them, please send them to school with your children.  This is a great way for our schools to earn extra money to spend on your children.  
Parents' Guide to Student Success
This guide provides an overview of what your child will learn by the end of each grade in English Language Arts and Mathematics.  This guide is based on Ohio's New Learning Standards, including Common Core State Standards in both ELA and Mathematics.
