Ms. Coady's Classroom
Hey there! This is my first year living in Ohio and I am very excited for this new adventure. I am originially from Rochester, New York and have just recentely moved to Columbus Ohio. I received my Bachelor's degree in Earth Science and Special Education for SUNY Brockport in 2010 and earned my Master's Degree in Literacy Education at SUNY Geneseo in 2013. I have been teaching for six years, but this will by my first year teaching at Licking Heights High School. This year, I am teaching Applied Biology, CP & E, and co-teaching Biology with Mrs.Katzman.

I have always had an interest for science and nature! I grew up spending most of my summers in the Adirondacks Mountains of New York. My family and I would go hiking and camping all the time. Now that life is much busier, my fiance and I still try to go and make at least two camping trips throughout the year.

My goal this year is to make learning science attainable and interesting for all students, by using a variety of learning strategies, visuals, and hands-on activities.
