Tyler Hennen is the Dean of Students at Licking Heights High School. He began his career as a physical science teacher. Since teaching at Licking Heights, Mr. Hennen has also served as the eighth grade baseball coach, varsity boys golf coach and assistant baseball coach. He is currently the coach of the varsity baseball team.
As the Dean of Students, Mr. Hennen oversees the PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention & Supports) program. Our goal is to recognize students that are acting positively to benefit themselves, their fellow classmates, and the Licking Heights community.
Mr. Hennen is originally from New Concord, Ohio where he graduated from John Glenn High School. He received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University and acquired his teaching license in science and mathematics. He completed his student teaching in Grahamstown, South Africa. Mr. Hennen is currently pursuing his Masters in Educational Leadership at the University of Cincinnati.
