My name is Tyler Hennen and I am currently the Dean of Students at Licking Heights High School. I started my career as a Physical Science Teacher for 4 years before becoming the Dean of Students. Since I have been here at Licking Heights I have been the 8th Grade Baseball Coach, the Varsity Boys Golf Coach, Assistant Baseball Coach, and I am currently the Varsity Baseball Coach. I love playing and watching all kinds of sports.
I am originally from New Concord, Ohio where I graduated from John Glenn High School. After high school I attended Ohio University where I received my teaching license in Science and Mathematics. I had the great opportunity of completing my student teaching in Grahamstown, South Africa. I am currently working on earning my Masters in Educational Leadership at the University of Cincinnati.
As the Dean of Students I am in charge of PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention & Supports) and our goal is to recognize students that are acting positively to benefit themselves, their fellow classmates, and Licking Heights' community.
I look forward to another great year here at LHHS. Go Hornets!
