Physicals Offered for 2017-2018
In partnership with OhioHealth, we are again offering a couple of opportunities to receive physicals for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year.  Please see the attachments for details concerning times and places, and general procedures and forms. 
LHHS Award Ceremonies
Licking Heights High School's end of the year award ceremonies will take place on May 16th for Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors and May 22nd for Seniors.  Senior awards will take place at 6pm in the high school auditorium.  Underclassman awards will take place during the school day on May 16th; Juniors at 7:30am, Sophomores at 8:45am, and Freshmen at 12:00pm in the high school auditorium.  All students recieving an award will be notified prior to the ceremony. 
Community Wellness Walkathon
Licking Heights High School is hosting a Community Wellness Walkathon on Saturday, April 29, 2017 from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
Our primary goals are to:
1. Get people moving!
2. Provide education to our community on health and safety issues.
3. And of course, raise money for the American Heart Association!  
2016-2017 LHHS Finals Schedule
LHHS will run its finals schedule during the last week of the school year.  Please click here to view the underclassman schedule.  For senior finals, please click here and refer to the senior information center on the left side of this page. 
ACT Practice Site
Are you prepared for the ACT?  All Juniors will take the ACT on April 19th starting at 7:25am.  Please visit the ACT Test Preparation Page for access to practice problems and to obtain more details about the test.  For testing, all students are required to bring pencils, a calculator, and their photo ID. 
Spring Testing Schedule for AIR/ACT
Spring testing will take place on five dates over the next three months where only students that have to test are required to attend school.  The testing schedule on each day will be from 7:25am - 11:30am.  Students that are not testing are required to complete one of five options instead of attending school.

Our upcoming testing dates are:
March 20th - English 9 and English 10
April 19th - ACT for all Juniors
May 1st - American History and American Government
May 2nd - Algebra 1 and Geometry
May 3rd - Biology
 
Application for the 2017 Chinese Bridge Program now available!
The East Central Ohio ESC and Confucius Institute Classes at Licking Heights Schools is proud to offer the 2017 Chinese Bridge Summer Camp for American High School students. This two-week program is structured to enhance understanding between American and Chinese high school students. To learn more about this program or download the application, click here. 
Seniors - Josten's Order Deadline is Quickly Approaching

Jostens provides our Caps & Gowns, custom school announcements, party invitations, senior graduation apparel and all things graduation related. If you have already placed your order, thank you. Don’t forget if you would like to add custom school announcements to your order for graduation you will need to order prior to December 1st. LH Yearbook Orders
It is time to order your 2016-2017 Licking Heights High School Yearbook.  You can order your yearbook by visiting www.smart-pay.com for a cost of $50.  Yearbooks will be delivered in the Spring not the Fall.  An insert will be sent in the Fall that includes all major school events from the Spring.  If you are a Senior and wish to submit a different photo other than the Cilento Photography picture, please email Mrs. Jones at mjones@lhschools.org.  The deadline to order your yearbook is February 1st, so act fast.
 
AP Scholars Announced
Congratulations to all of our 2016 AP Scholars.  We are very proud of the work that our students have done to excel in our advanced placement program.  We look forward to continuing to accelerate the program to provide more and more of our students with the great opportunity to compete nationally in our AP program.
