Compliance Officers
Complaints, including complaints of disability-based harassment and requests for due process hearings, must be put in writing and must identify the specific circumstances or areas of dispute that have given rise to the complaint or requests for a hearing, and offer possible solutions to the dispute. Complaints must be filed with the District Section 504/ADA Compliance Officer. The Board of Education has designated the Director of Pupil Services and the Director of Human Resources as the District Section 504/ADA Compliance Officers.

General Safety Concern Form
The purpose of the general concern form is to address specific issues of concern that fall outside of bullying/harassment and Title IX. This form is specifically regarding high level concerns (for example, specific safety concerns). It is not intended as just a general complaint form. Please ensure that the form is completed in its entirety. It should be directed to both building principals, and the compliance officers for the district, Jocelyn Cosgrave, Director of Human Resources ([email protected]), as well as Mitch Tom, Director of Pupil Services ([email protected])
