2017-18 Tranportation Opt-In Requirement for All Returning Students

 

In order to properly plan our bus routes, all parents are required to review their child(ren)’s transportation information and complete an online or paper form by July 15th to confirm or update the information and opt-in for busing for the upcoming school year.

The following form must be submitted by July 15th in order for your child’s busing to begin on the first day of school: https://goo.gl/forms/j5oGxD9jj5ae6tF93

If you would prefer to complete a paper form, please complete the Application for Bus Transportation and return it to the Transportation Office via email to [email protected], fax to 740-927-3340, or postal mail to 6539 Summit Rd SW, Pataskala OH 43062.

If your opt-in form is received by July 15th, your child’s bus information will be available on Elink beginning August 9th.

Students with no form on file by July 15th will be removed from our bus routes for at least the first week of school.

If your opt-in form is received after July 15th, busing will begin as follows:
