Mrs. Aimee Wilson, LHHS intervention specialist, was named a 2020 “Transcendia Excellence in Education Award” recipient from the Licking County Educational Service Center.
The Licking County Educational Service Center honors outstanding educators in Licking County each year through the Excellence in Education Award. She was selected for the award in acknowledgment of her extraordinary achievements and professional accomplishments.
Mrs. Wilson is an intervention specialist who teaches government, American studies, and world history. She also serves as the special education department head and transition coordinator for the high school. As a department head, Aimee helps to manage 11 intervention specialists, and more than 150 special education students within her building.
